What is Snapclarity?
Snapclarity is a digital mental health platform designed to facilitate accessible and connected care. It aims to streamline access to mental health support through an on-demand service that emphasizes confidentiality and evidence-based treatment options.
How does Snapclarity operate?
The platform offers a comprehensive approach to mental wellness by enabling users to identify personal risk factors early, engage in timely intervention, and access professional, evidence-based therapy within a confidential environment.
A detailed overview of the Snapclarity process includes:
<ul>
 <li>Mental Health Assessment: A proprietary, clinically validated assessment completed in approximately 15 minutes, which evaluates the risk level for thirteen different mental health conditions.</li>
 <li>Personalized Care Plan: Immediately generated, actionable treatment plans that suggest potential interventions tailored to individual needs.</li>
 <li>Health Concierge: Ongoing access to a support team for triage, clinical consultations, and guidance throughout the treatment journey.</li>
 <li>Immediate Therapist Matching: An intelligent algorithm pairs users with licensed virtual therapists specializing in relevant areas of concern.</li>
 <li>Evidence-Based Virtual Therapy: Users can communicate via secure texting or schedule audio/video sessions. A standard allocation of 60 minutes per month is provided, which can be split into sessions or intervals as preferred. Additional time can be purchased as needed.</li>
 <li>Resources and Tools: Accessible educational materials and preventative tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy guides, applicable whether engaged in therapy or not.</li>

Who are the therapists?
All therapists possess at least a Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant clinical field and have a minimum of two years of counseling experience. They are registered with recognized regulatory bodies or provincial associations in Canada, such as the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and benefit from regular clinical supervision to ensure quality care.
How does Snapclarity integrate with Apple Health?
The platform incorporates Apple Health data, particularly sleep activity metrics. Users have the option to grant their therapists access to this information through permissions for “Share Sleep & Activity,” providing additional context to support their mental health management.
What is the cost?
A subscription fee of $199.99 per month enables access to therapy services. Employers may offer Snapclarity as a complimentary benefit for employees. Payments are processed via Apple ID at the point of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to renewal date. To modify or cancel your subscription, visit your App Store account settings after purchase.
